Motorola is set to launch the Moto G10 85G in India on July 5. The smartphone is expected to feature a Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 chipset, a 6.67-inch pOLED display, and a dual-camera system.

Motorola has recently confirmed the launch date of its new smartphone in India. This phone, called the Moto G85 5G, has been rumored for quite some time and is expected to come with the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 chipset. Motorola has also confirmed that the phone will launch in India on July 10. Read on to know all the information we know about the smartphone so far.

Moto G85 5G will be launched on July 10: Possible specifications

The Moto G85 5G has been launched in Europe as a rebranded variant of the Motorola S50 Neo, which was originally launched in China alongside the Motorola Razr 50 series. If the specifications of the Indian variant are similar to the phones launched in Europe, the Moto G85 is expected to feature a stunning 6.67-inch pOLED display that will deliver stunning visuals with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,600 nits. The screen protected by Gorilla Glass 5 is expected to be durable.

In terms of aesthetics, the Moto G85 5G is a sleek device weighing 175 grams and measuring 7.59mm thick. The phone will come in three beautiful vegan leather finishes: Cobalt Blue, Olive Green, and Urban Grey.

Expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 chipset, the Moto G85 5G promises strong performance. Users can choose between variants with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage to suit different needs.

The phone will have a dual camera system at the back and is expected to feature a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The front camera designed for selfies is expected to be a 32-megapixel shooter.

The Moto G85 5G comes with Android 14 preinstalled, along with the promise of two years of OS updates and three years of security patches. The user experience has been improved with software features like Smart Connect, Family Space and Moto Secure.

The phone has been given IP52 rating to protect it from dust and water. It is expected to have a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging.
