1. Prepare poha
In a bowl, add thick poha and wash it thoroughly. Add salt and sugar, mix properly, and set one side.
2. Cook the spice
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the peanut until crisp. Add mustard seeds, cumin, chopped onion, green chillies and dry red chili. Stir in turmeric powder and mix well until the onion is soft. Add fresh moringa leaves and cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Mix everything
Add poha mixture and mix well. Turn off the heat, squeeze half a lemon, and garnish with coriander leaves and freshly grated coconut. Give it a final mixture, serve hot, and enjoy!
