More than 100 people of the crew of Aditya Dhar’s upcoming film ‘Dhurandhar’ were admitted to the hospital in Leh after suffering from food poisoning, causing panic on the set.

According to sources, many children were among the admitted people. No case was reported to be serious, and most of the affected were discharged by Monday.

The Food Safety Department has collected samples for testing to determine the cause of contamination. While around 600 people are currently part of the shooting of the film, the affected food was reportedly eaten by only one part of the crew, most of which fell ill.

Director Aditya Dhar is asked to personally monitor the situation. Sources told India Today that Dhar is making sure that the crew members get the best possible medical care.
