How to make Moong Dal Chilla Wrap | High-Protein Moong Dal Chilla Wrap Recipe
Making Moong Dal Chilla Wrap is very easy. This recipe was shared by chef and content creator Saloni Kukreja. To make this cover:
1. Prepare moong dal mixture
Wash moong dal 5-6 times until the water runs clear. Then, soak it for at least 1 hour or overnight. Once soaked, add it to the blender. Add chopped green chillies, water and salt in the blender. Mix it into a smooth batter and keep aside.
2. Prepare the eggs
Break the eggs into a bowl. Add chopped garlic, chilli pieces and spices of your choice along with a little milk. Beat until well mixed. Heat a nonstick pan and add some butter in it. Add the egg mixture and beat until finished.
3. Cook Chilla
– Heat some oil in a nonstick pan. Add one ladle of moong dal batter and spread it evenly by rotating the pan. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
4. Wrap
Place the cooked moong dal cheela in a plate and make a slit in the middle. Spread basil pesto on half of the cheela. Place chopped tomatoes on one quarter of the cheela and fried eggs on the other quarter. Fold the chilla like a wrap and enjoy!
