Q) Thank you for taking time. You love DEEP BOODS FOR BOOKS on different styles. Which book has the most impact on your personal or professional travel?
One) Atlas pulled by yn nor rand had a huge impact on me. When my opinions about work and life were still in shape, I read it in a college leg. The book made an attractive case for capitalism, and it struck me, especially because it was a time when India’s economy started its liberalization.

I also enjoy books like Good to Great by Jim Collins; They have sports-transforming strategic decisions or incredible insights of leaders that transformed companies and took them on a completely different way of growth and popularity.
I remember the story on Kimberly-Clark and how the bold strategic shift transforms its fate from the Capital-Intensive Paper Mill to the Paper-Centric Consumer Products Fortune 500 Company. It is a great reminder how the right leadership and strategy can create fatal growth.
Q) Looking at your busy schedule, how do you get time for reading? A special reading habit or techniques you follow?
One) Honestly, I don’t get as much time as I want to read, but I try to read before going to bed and squeeze some reading at my work and during my journey.
Q) AI is rapidly transforming financial services. How do you see it shaping the future of a business and investment platform like Ventura?
One) AI is democratizing information as before. Right now, many investors depend on tips or instinct, but AI will help them make better knowledgeable decisions by helping them analyze large amounts of data in real time.
But, of course, there is a warning: AI is as good as data and learning (from our skills and experience) we feed it.
In Ventura, we are excited about AI-powered analytics trading can make trading smarter and more seamless.
We see AI as a means of enhancing client support, personalizing an investment strategy, and making the trading platform more intuitive. Over time, AI will reduce risk and normalize investment results, more efficient markets.
Q) You take an active role in improving Ventura’s trading platform. What are some key innovations or enhancements that stimulate you the most?
One) We have a growing arsenal of work-in-progress AI-based aspirations, including AI-powered stock selection engine, trade recommendations for derivatives market and real-time company research. Our goal is to simplify complex processes, which makes the investment more accessible and effective.
Q) Fasting (UPAWA) is the main part of your well -being. How has it benefited you mentally and physically?
One) Fasting is my way of resetting. Physically, it helps to detox my system by giving my body 36 hours to rest from digestion, by cutting my food intake every week. I feel more excited and refreshed after my weekly fasting.
Q) In a high stress industry like finance, how do you confirm the work-life balance?
One) I would like to be careful that the concept of ‘work-life’ balance can be misleading because it indicates that the task is not part of life.
From it .It, our ancient wisdom guides that are worshiping work and a means of attaining divine. Therefore, there are two different things to work and life for me; I try to focus on enjoying what I do.
Q) You emphasize with friends as a tension way at a quality time. How important is a strong personal network for success in business?
One) Friendship has been the foundation of my career. I didn’t have a family network in the industry, so my first article came through the introduction of a friend.
Over the years, many professional relationships have turned into friendship, and friends have played a key role in shaping my professional travel. So in my experience, yes a strong personal network is valuable.
Q) You actively contribute to causes such as water protection, sustainable farming and climate action. What inspires you to support this initiative?
One) I believe that nature sustains us, so it is our responsibility to sustain it in return.
Q) You are a fan of poetry and ghazals. What role does art and literature play in your life?
One) It is difficult to put the poems and ghazals in words to move me the way I do. They just echo.
