Masaba is getting closer to her maternity fitness goals with this leg workout
The fitness mantra is all about consistency and commitment. Her penchant for maintaining a fit lifestyle is a given and her latest July dump was really the only motivation we needed. She posted several pictures and videos that grabbed all our attention. In one of the slides, she was seen setting goals for maternity fitness. With controlled movement and stability, the designer was seen doing a form of bent leg raise, in which she bends forward while taking her leg back and then comes back to the original position by raising the leg to a certain level. This workout is known to strengthen the glutes and thigh muscles. It is also a great way to improve leg movement. She used side support while working out. It is now time for us to take cues from the actress to step up our workout game.
