Actor and Union Minister Suresh Gopi is celebrating his 66th birthday today and on this occasion the makers of his upcoming film Varaham have released a teaser. On this occasion, actor Mohanlal has also shared the teaser on his official Instagram handle.

The actor has shared a new poster of superstar Suresh Gopi’s upcoming film, along with a link to the teaser. Along with the poster, the veteran actor also said, “All the best dear Suresh.”

Mohanlal and Suresh Gopi have worked together in many films over the years, the most famous of which is Mani Chitrathazhu. The two actors are often spotted sharing a special bond in public, often exchanging loving greetings on most occasions.

The teaser of the upcoming film Varaham directed by Sanal V Devan introduces an interesting and mysterious story. The teaser shows the actor talking about the sport of Jallikattu (bull taming) and how the bull tries to tame the person riding it. With exciting music by Rahul Raj, the teaser also shows a new stylish look of the actor.

Apart from Suresh Gopi, the film also stars Gautham Vasudev Menon and Suraj Venjaramoodu in lead roles. Although the teaser of the film has been released, the official release date or more information about the film is still pending.

On the work front

Suresh Gopi was last seen in the lead role in the crime thriller film Garudan directed by Arun Varma. Written by Midhun Manuel Thomas, the film featured Biju Menon, Siddique, Jagadish, Abhirami and many others in the lead roles and was a blockbuster hit in theatres.

Apart from Varaham, the actor is set to play the lead role in the legal drama JSK (Janaki vs State of Kerala), directed by Praveen Narayanan. The actor plays a lawyer in the film, while Anupama Parameswaran plays a pivotal role.

The actor will also be seen in an action avatar in the film Ottakomban, which is yet to be delayed. Apart from this, the actor will also play the lead role in a film produced by Mammootty.
