In today’s fast dynamic startup world, where the founders are often caught in the feathers for growth, the founder and CEO of the incentives, Ankit Agarwal, has discovered its anchor in Mindfulness.

From the Bhagavad Gita to the early morning, from his rituals to Agarwal shares that these practices shape its clarity, elasticity and leadership style, helping to scales with both objective and purpose. Edited quotes –

Q) Your morning looks like a holy place. How has your act of ITUDE practice shaped your mindset as the founder and leader?

One) I always believe in this parable, “The early bird catches the worm,” both literally and orchologically. My morning starts early, often 4:30 or 5 o’clock in the morning, and that quiet time is sacred. It’s a part of my day that is absolutely mine.

I start with for about 10 to 15 minutes .The start with you, though I would sit and say thank you. It’s a simple habit, but Deeply is grounding.

As a founder, you are constantly on a move, solving problems, chasing the results. Create .The slows you well. It helps me to move on the day with clarity and sympathy, and acts as a quiet reminder that no matter how fast we grow or how intense things we grow, is always attributed to something.

It’s not really for my day, but how I will draw – clarity, perspective and how I will draw with the anchor of what really matters.

Q) You mention that Bhagavad Gita has helped you during the dark period. Can you share a verse or education that especially echoes with you?

One) One line that deeply ties with me is: “Karmanaye Wadeshast, Ma Faleshou Kadach, Ma Karma Fala Te Ur Bhuh, Ma Tejwa Karmani.” For me, this means you have the right to work, but not the fruit of your actions.

As a founder, this verse is both free and grounding. It reminds me of focusing on doing the right work with the full objective and effort, while what is beyond my control, especially during moments of damage or shock.

Q) How does your yoga and gym sessions influence your performance and decision as CEO?

One) Yoga and exercise are an anchor with the two-go-in-town anchors, for which I consciously have time. Morning yoga helps me to reset mentally – it clears the sound, focuses my thoughts, and allows me to breathe before the day begins. In the evening, it doesn’t matter how long the day has been, I make it a point to hit it in the gym. I use this time before dive in late -night meetings, to recharge and kill the Reef OCUS.

For me, this is not just a fitness routine, it is display tools. They have a direct impact on how I think, draws and decisions.

When you are building on a scale, mental clarity and elasticity are competitive advantages. From these practices, the ENERGY I can get and focus on the better decisions, the presence of ER cords and more balanced mindset – at and out of its work.

Q) You always talk about the building with a purpose. How does ‘objective’ look like when scaling a business like insurer?

One) For me, the objective is to solve real problems, not chase the vanity matrix. It is easy to get trapped in big announcements, flashy campaigns or growth hacks. But when you plan to challenge an industry status, the objective becomes the main driver.

Whether it expands access to partners for partners beyond the metropolis or creates an omnunchanal experience that mixes AI with human touch, our focus is on removing the actual gaps.

We are not just creating features; We are creating an effect. We are making solutions that will add real value to people’s daily lives – it means protecting their health, protecting their livelihood, or enabling financial stability in those moments.

The objective, for me, is about to be true for the problem you have decided to solve and create solutions that correctly improve life on scale and with purpose.

C) What is your workout playlist right now? Any go-to pump-up song for early morning?

One) My workout playlist is a high-energy zoo-just the right type of creature to start the day or power by workout.

Q) You have created a business based on gentleness and purpose. How can you prevent that culture from teams and new fare?

One) The culture begins how you draw every day – it is in the original action. For me, I try to be accessible, honest and consistent, especially during the hard phases. I think people respect transparency than anything.

From day 1, our teams are made aware of our purpose. During Bord Neboarding, we just don’t talk about goals, we talk about “Whisis”: Why are insurance things, why faith is our currency, and why we should treat every user – whether in a metro or small city – with sympathy and respect.

We just don’t create a company; We are trying to create faith in the category of Histor secretly misunderstood. If our people believe in that purpose, everything else follows.
