Matthew Perry’s ketamine dealer managed high-end rehab where client died: report
Actor Matthew Perry’s ketamine dealer once managed a high-end rehab center where a client died. Reportedly, the patient died of an overdose.

Eric Fleming, the former film director and ‘street dealer’ involved in the investigation into the death of actor Matthew Perry, had managed a high-end rehab facility where a patient died of an overdose.
A report by The Hollywood Reporter revealed that Fleming worked as the sober living manager and program director at ‘Red Door’, an upscale treatment facility in Bel-Air. In January 2021, William Cooney, a 36-year-old patient at the center, died of an overdose.
Fleming was working at the Red Door at the time of Cooney’s death, but attorney Michael J. Plonsker told the international outlet that Fleming was not there on the day of the incident.
Citing federal health privacy laws, Plonsker declined to provide further details about Connie’s death, but stressed that the Red Door operates with the “highest level of client care” and that the center and its founder are not responsible for Connie’s death.
However, staff members and former patients who spoke to The Hollywood Reporter about a previous investigation into Red Door’s alleged negligence claimed that inadequate monitoring and evaluation by the facility allowed Connie to receive the medications that led to her death.
