The recipe of this masala jaggery millet roti has been shared by Chef Guntas Sethi on Instagram. First of all cut the jaggery into small pieces. Now heat some water in a pan and add jaggery in it. Add fennel, ginger powder, black salt and black pepper powder to it. Then, add millet flour, whole wheat flour and shredded coconut. Mix well to make a smooth dough. Take a small portion of the dough and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin or your hands. Sprinkle sesame seeds on it and keep it on the pan on low-medium flame. Make holes in the roti with the help of a fork and sprinkle sufficient amount of ghee on it. Turn and cook the other side also. And voila – your masala jaggery bajra roti is ready to enjoy!
