According to reports, Meta is offering huge compensation package to woo top talent, the latest is a compensation of Rs 2,196 crore, which is individually made by Met Diete, a 24 -year -old AI researcher by Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, Mark Zuckerberg.

According to The New York Times, Ditke initially rejected the offer of about $ 125 million (about Rs 1,098 crore) of the meta, spread over four years and selected to focus on its fast growing AI startup, action. However, after his refusal, Zuckerberg personally arranged for a face-to-face meeting and revised a proposal of an extraordinary $ 250 million (about Rs 2,196 crore), including handing over $ 100 million (Rs 879 crore) alone in the first year. This final proposal allegedly assured Deitke to join the meta as an AI researcher within his superintending team.

But who is in fact Matt Deiteke, and why did Zuckerberg make so much determination to bring it to the Meta Superintending Project?

Deitke is considered one of the most demanded brains in the AI community. Originally a PhD candidate at the University of Washington, he left academics to carry forward real -world AI successes at Allen Institute AI (AI2) at Seattle. There, he led the development of Molmo, a state -of -the -art multimodal chatbot that is capable of processing not only the text but also images and audio. His work for Molmo gave him an outstanding paper award in Neurips 2022, one of the most prestigious conferences in the AI region.

After the AI Ditc work in the world, Meta was eager to recruit them from the end of 2023, but initially left his attractive offer in favor of building his autonomous AI agents. However, after Zuckerberg’s personal participation, and the enlarged compensation package eventually decided to join the ambitious superintending lab of Meta.

Interestingly, the Meta Superintendent Lab has already invested more than 1 billion to form a “all-star” AI team, which recruits top talent from rivals such as Openi, Google and Apple. One of its latest high-profile fares with Deitke, former head of Apple’s AI model team, is ruining Pang, allegedly offered a compensation package over $ 200 million.
