Mansilayo: Internet goes crazy over Manju Warrier’s dance in Vettaiyaan song

Rajinikanth and Manju Warrier set the dance floor on fire in Vettaiyan’s new song ‘Mansilayo’. The first single from the Thalaivar starrer was released on September 9.

Actors Rajinikanth and Manju Warrier set the stage on fire with their dance steps in the song Manasilayo from director TJ Gnanavel’s upcoming film Vettaiyaan. While Rajinikanth won all our hearts with his charisma, Manju Warrier’s look and her dance made the internet go crazy for her again. Anirudh Ravichander, who composed the first single Manasilayo, danced with Rajinikanth in the song.

In this peppy dance number, Manju Warrier looked stunning in a red saree and a heavily embroidered blouse. She left her hair open and wore black sunglasses to complete her look. The lyrics of Manasilayo are a mix of Tamil and Malayalam words.

An x user shared a clip from the song and wrote, “Manju Warrier performed it with ease. Biggest surprise and best part of the song (fire emoji).” Another user posted, “I started liking #ManjuWarrier from Asuran then he did the same tough act with AK in Thunivu. Semma @manjuwarrier4 mdm nenga. Now #vettaiyaan #Manasilayo (sic).”

Director TJ Gnanavel’s film Vettaiyaan is all set to release in theatres on October 10. Earlier, Suriya’s long-delayed film Kanguva was also scheduled to release on the same day. But, Kanguva was replaced by Vettaiyaan, which will have a solo release.

Apart from Rajinikanth, the film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Ritika Singh, Manju Warrier and Dushara Vijayan in pivotal roles. Produced by Lyca Productions, the film’s music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
