Manoj Muntashir is the writer of the Prabhas-led film. Lone manThe film faced heavy criticism for its dialogues. Recently, Muntashir opened up about how deeply the reaction affected him, admitting that it brought tears to his eyes. He also reflected on the experience, saying that it taught him that everything in life is temporary.

During a podcast with Shubhankar Mishra, Manoj was asked about his reaction when he came to know about this controversy. ,I had cried (I cried).” He added, “As a human being I understood that nothing is permanent. What is there today may not be there tomorrow, but we also learned that what is good can be bad tomorrow and it can also be good the day after tomorrow. So I’m not stopping, not giving up, I’m trying day and night (As a human being, I have understood that nothing is permanent. What is there today may not be there tomorrow, but I have also learned that what is good today may be bad tomorrow, and the day after that.) He can be good again. So, I am not stopping, I am not giving up and I am working hard day and night.”

Adding further, Muntashir shared his learnings from Bollywood. “Bollywood is a market. There are no rules and regulations in the market; Profit is the only rule. Prabhas was in Adipurush And Kriti Sanon plays the role of Lord Ram and Sita. However, the film was heavily criticized by audiences for allegedly misrepresenting the epic.

The film’s dialogue, depiction of Ravana and Lord Hanuman, and visual effects were particularly criticized.
