Actress Mallika Sherawat is returning to the big screen after a gap with the video Vicky Aur Vidya Ka Woh Wala. The actor, who rose to fame with Murder alongside Emraan Hashmi, is looking for a breakout project to make a comeback. In an exclusive interview with India Today, when Mallika was asked which genre she would like to work in again, she gave an interesting answer. He also said that despite earlier reports, there is no rift between him and Imran.

“I would love to do a film like Murder again. (Mukesh Bhatt) Bhatt sir, are you listening?” Mallika told India Today. When asked if she would like to work with Emraan again, the actress immediately said, “Absolutely.”

Let us tell you that after the release of the hit film Murder, there was a rift between Imran and Mallika. However, recently, the two bumped into each other during an event and were seen hugging which got everyone talking. Sharing that she felt the 20-year-old controversy was childish, Mallika said, “It was childish. Imran is a wonderful person. He is a real gem of a man.”

Mallika further shared, “At that time we were young, ego came in, people gave wrong advice, people used to fill your ears, so all these played a role, but I am happy that all this is in the past now . I would love to work with him again.”

Mallika also told that when she met Imran, she did not have any special conversation with him, but she is hoping that someone offers her a film together. “No, we haven’t talked about it, but hopefully someone will come up with a good script for us,” he concluded.

Vicky Aur Vidya Ka Woh Wala video also stars Rajkummar Rao and Trupti Dimri in lead roles. The film is directed by Raj Shandilya.
