Yash Raj Films released the trailer macho 3 On Tuesday, the franchise’s gritty crime-driven story was highlighted again. Releasing in theaters worldwide on January 30, 2026, the film marks the return of Rani Mukherjee as ACP Shivani Shivaji Roy.

The trailer introduces a new antagonist, Amma, played by Mallika Prasad, who is seen as the central figure behind the human-trafficking network. Unlike earlier villains in the franchise, Amma is presented with a strong psychological edge, with the trailer pointing towards a character who is driven by violence as well as control.

Soon after the trailer was released, social media reactions focused on Prasad’s performance, with audiences describing the character as unstable and unpredictable.
