Malayalam actor Shine Tom Chacko’s brother defended him in drugs case with satire
Malayalam actor Shine Tom Chacko was arrested and later released on bail in a drug related case. His brother, John Chacko now spoke to the media, and defended the actor by asking whether none of them had ever visited the D-Edection Center before.

The Malayalam actor, John Chacko’s brother, spoke to the media on Saturday, and reacted sarcastically to his brother’s arrest in the case of drugs. As reported OnmonoramaHe responded to allegations of transact of Rs 20,000 with a known drug dealer in Kochi.
“My brother will not give me 5,000 rupees – how is he going to hand over money to someone else?” He said reacting to the report.
Asked about Tom Chacko that he was taken to a de-addition center, brother earlier said that he had no information about any such development in the case. John then asked if any media member had ever visited such a center.
“Maybe he was taken to a de-addition center. You guys are saying all this. I came because I have heard that he could get bail, again, some were suggesting you all. I don’t know anything about a de-addition center. I was not at that time (SIC),” he said.
John Chacko said, “I have been taken to one first, however. I stayed in a center called Mainomithra in a center of Palakkad for two weeks – you can ask him. Neither of you have ever gone to the D -Ediction Center? I was taken to a mental health facility. He concluded.
Shin Tom Chacko was arrested on Saturday in a case related to drugs. He was later released on station bail on the same day. The police have allegedly asked him to appear again on Monday. According to various reports, Shine admitted to using canbis and mentalfetamine, and also claimed that the film industry involves the manufacture of many supporting drugs. The police continued investigating the case.
The 41 -year -old Chacko was booked under section 27 (consumption of intoxicating drugs or psychotropic substances) and 29 (abetment and criminal conspiracy) under the intoxicating drugs and psychotropic substances (NDPS) Act.
Earlier this month, speaking at an event, National Award winner Malayalam actor Vinci Elosius opened up to someone about an uncertain experience with co-star. He alleged that the actor was under the influence of drugs on the set and displayed inappropriate behavior, making it difficult for him to continue working.
However, on Thursday, Vinci withdrew his complaint, citing violation of faith and violation of his oblivion. Complaint, which was presented to the Kerala Film Chamber and Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) during the shooting of an unpounted film and the use of alleged drugs.
