Malaika starts her latest workout strong using resistance bands
The healthy lifestyle is deeply rooted in physical exercises like yoga, intense workouts and more. Every time, the actress has served us with workout inspiration and again, she gave fitness goals as she started the week on a fit note. Recently, she uploaded another workout video where she was seen beginning the day with a hardcore workout session. She targeted overall muscles with brisk walks. She used the Tyra band to improve the movement and increase the intensity. She started with a quick jog which seems like a great way to start any workout routine. Next, she did a variation of the weighted lunge using dumbbells and resistance bands. It not only improves the leg muscles but also helps in taking your routine up a level. Lastly, she did a weighted variation of the squat using resistance bands.
