Karisma Kapoor opens up about her break from showbiz
During a conversation with Grazia, the senior actress spoke about her break from showbiz and staying away from the limelight. The Dil Toh Pagal Hai star said that at that time, she had young kids and as a mother, it was important for her to be with them as she didn’t want to miss out on those moments. “I think it’s a choice that every individual needs to make and it’s a choice that I have made,” she said, adding that she doesn’t like the word comeback.
She further added, “I don’t regret anything. It’s important to be a confident person and make such choices in life.” The birthday girl also added that since she loves the feel of watching a film on 70mm, she never thought she would be able to go on the sets of an OTT show and was nervous before doing her upcoming show Brown. But she was able to do it because “mom can do it,” said the actress.
