The filling is prepared with a delicious mixture of potatoes and peas. The best part? This pull-apart samosa bread is baked instead of the traditional deep-frying method. It is easy to make, healthy and perfect to serve at get-togethers.

Pull-Apart Samosa Bread How to Make Pull-Apart Samosa Bread
The recipe of this pull-apart samosa bread was shared by chef Kirti Bhautika on her Instagram page. To make it you have to follow the following steps:
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
Start by adding yeast, warm water, warm milk, and sugar to a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes or until it becomes foamy. Mix flour, celery and salt in another bowl.
Step 2: Make the Dough
Next, mix the yeast mixture with a little oil into the flour. Knead for 8 to 10 minutes. Once done, cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep it aside for an hour.
Step 3: Make the Potato/Pea Filling
– Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When they start crackling, add onion and green chillies. Fry it well. Add turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt. Then add boiled and mashed potatoes and peas in it. Mix it well and add garam masala and dry mango powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes more and add fresh coriander on top.
Step 4: Assemble and Bake
Divide the dough into equal parts and roll them evenly. Place the prepared filling in the center and seal the edges, making a boat shape. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
