Actor Madhu recently opened the reason for leaving Bollywood and going to South Cinema. He also recalled that not for a film with Amitabh Bachchan due to creative dissatisfaction.

Madhu mentioned that she did not feel like continuing her work in Bollywood in an interview. Lehran retro And said, “By 1997, I started feeling dissatisfied.”

“I felt that I am not doing good work, and I was no longer excited about my work. After working with authentic, realistic directors in the south, it seemed strange to work with the directors, who put a board and show that we are somewhere else, and cheat in films.

Madhu further said, “Every time I felt something firmly, it is true for me. Just when I realized that I did not want to continue with films, Love entered my life. I got married, and I went away from acting completely.”

“I was wooed once, I found a big film with Amitabh Bachchan, the one who eventually went to Soundarya. My wedding date was fixed, and I told my secretary that I didn’t want to do so. He asked me to reconsider, but I was firm,” she said.

Soundary showed opposite Bachchan in ‘Sorivasham’ (1999), which later had a dual role. Jayasudha, Rachan Banerjee, Anupam Kher and Kader Khan also played an important role in the film.

Madhu was recently seen in ‘Kannappa’. The action-drama was directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, in which Vishnu Manchu played the lead role. It also featured Mohanlal, Akshay Kumar, Prabhas and Kajal Aggarwal. Mohan Babu, R Sarathkumar, Arpit Ranka, Brahmanandam, Brahmaji, Shiva Balaji and Kaushal Manda also played an important role in the film.

Madhu’s Bollywood debut was ‘Phool Aur Kate’ (1991), which was in front of Ajay Devgan.
