Where to see Madharsi
According to several reports, once -bar, Madharsi is expected to stream on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video. Streaming giants have allegedly acquired digital rights of Rs 60 crore, with the film to reach digital space after about four weeks of its dramatic run.
Interestingly, the film is also expected to premiere on television channel Zee Tamil. However, these details are still waiting for official confirmation.
Official trailer and Madharai’s plot
Madharsi follows the story of Raghuram, an orphan that struggles with loneliness and suffers from mental state. As he navigates life, Raghu crosses the path with Malthi.
Meanwhile, a crime syndicate led by gangsters Virat and Chirag plans to infiltrate Tamil Nadu with illegal weapons. While they try to smuggle, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) receives this information, a mission is initiated against them, but fails to subdue the gang.
On the other hand, Raghuram and Malathi fall in love, but soon broke, causing Raghuram to shatter emotionally. As he considers ending his life, the top officer of the NIA, Premnath, spots him and recruiting him for a dangerous mission, which may probably give him his life expenses.
However, things take a serious turn when Raghu finds out that Malthi has also unknowingly become part of the syndicate plans and is now at risk. Troubled by its mental state, Raghuram descends into psychosis, becomes violently unstable, which blur the lines between the brave and crazy.
Cast and Crew of Madharsi
Madharasi showed Rukmini Vasant, Vidyartha Jammiwal, Monisha Vijay, Vikrant, Shabir Kallarkkal, Prem Kumar, Sanjay, Sachhana Namidas and many others in the lead roles in the lead roles.
The film was written and directed by AR Murugados and produced by Srilakshmi Prasad under the banner of Sri Lakshmi films. The music was composed by Anirudh Ravichender, which marks his third cooperation with the director after Katthhi and the court.
Additionally, Sudeep Elaman handled Cinematography, while Srikar Prasad edited the film.
