The upcoming 2023 comedy drama sequel Mad Square has officially got a release date from the makers. In the recent post by the makers, the film is now set to release on the big screens on March 29, 2025.
Sharing the update on social media, the makers wrote, “More fun than you can handle. Crazier than you can imagine. #MADSquare is all set to take the entertainment game to the next level in theaters from 29th March.

The upcoming film will be the sequel to the 2023 hit flick Mad, directed by Kalyan Shankar in his first venture. The coming-of-age comedy drama produced by Naga Vamsi stars Narne Nithin, Sangeet Shobhan, Ram Nithin, Sri Gauri Priya, Ananathika Sanilkumar, Gopika Udayan and many more in lead roles.
The film focuses on the story of a group of friends set in an engineering college. The film follows the antics of the students studying there and how they balance studies and romantic endeavors in their late teens.
Mad was a big hit in the theaters and also received appreciation from critics. Now, the lead cast including Narne Nithin, Sangeet Shobhan, Ram Nithin and others are reprising their roles from the first film.
The sequel film is also written and directed by Kalyan Shankar, with Bheems Cecirollo returning once again to compose the music track and score. Earlier, the makers had also dropped two singles from the film.
The first of these is Laddu Gani Peli and the name of the second is Swati Reddy. While the first was an introductory song with full enthusiasm, the second single featured a party banger with Bigil actress Reba Monica John in a special appearance.

The tracks are composed by Bheems Cecirollo and both songs are sung by the composer himself. While the song Laddu Gani Peli had Mangali co-singing, the party banger was sung with Swathi Reddy UK.
