MacBook Air M3 with 8GB RAM is currently available at its lowest price ever in India. The e-commerce giant appears to be running out of stock of the 8GB RAM model, as Apple has phased it out in favor of making 16GB standard for the new versions. Vijay Sales is offering this model for Rs 94,499, which is less than its original launch price of Rs 1,14,900. This means you are getting a flat discount of Rs 20,401.
Additionally, an additional discount of Rs 5,000 is applicable on EMI transactions on select bank cards like ICICI and SBI, further reducing the price. This offer is applicable on Midnight color variant. Reliance Digital is also selling the same model for Rs 98,606, which is a little more than Vijay Sales but still less than the original price.
While the MacBook Air M2 is also discounted, the M3 model is a better option, especially for those upgrading from the MacBook Air M1. It gets a significant performance boost thanks to the M3 chip. MacBooks are known for their long-lasting stability and excellent battery life, making them reliable for a long time. The Air models offer great photo editing capabilities, smooth general performance, attractive displays, solid battery life, and a thin, lightweight design. These benefits also extend to the Air M3, which can handle basic 4K video editing and offers long-term software support.
Compared to the M1, the 2024 MacBook Air with the M3 chip offers faster processing speeds, better multitasking, and better machine learning capabilities. With up to 18 hours of battery life, it is ideal for professionals and students who want a laptop that can last for almost a day without frequent charging.
One of the most striking features of the M3 model is its support for dual external displays, a feature that is especially useful for multitaskers. However, this function requires the laptop lid to be closed. The MacBook Air M3 retains Apple’s signature light and sleek design, making it highly portable without compromising performance.
With up to 24GB of RAM and support for Wi-Fi 6E, the MacBook Air M3 is built to remain relevant for years to come, making it a solid investment for long-term use. You can expect smooth performance and reliable software support for at least 6 years.
