Maareesan OTT release date: when and where Fahadh Faasil and Vadivelu Starer

It was after Maimanan that Fahd Fasil and Vadivelu had reunited for Marshes. Directed by Sudhesh Shankar, this Tamil Comedy thriller film is a simple venture with a powerful performance by the core cast. After a decent run at the box office, the film is now set to release on OTT. The manufacturers have finally announced the release of Maareesan OTT, and fans are already excited.

Maareesan ott release date

On August 17, the Netflix India team shared a poster, announcing Marason’s release on the streaming giant. According to the post, Fahd Fasil and Vadivelu starrer will start streaming on 22 August. It will be available to see all languages including Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.

For Anward, Maareesan hit a large screen on 25 July, and it is within a month that the comedy thriller will be accessed online soon.

The film follows the Velayugam of an old man, who is suffering from Alzheimer’s disease. During a visit, he crosses the paths with a thief named Dhaya, who intends to rob him, takes advantage of the disease. However, thus, there is a life-changing journey for both of them, which is leading for unexpected moments.

In addition to Vadivelu and Fafa, the film stars Kovai Sarla, Vivek Prasanna, Star, PL Tapan, Livingston, Renuka, Sarawana Subbia, and many more in many more lead roles.

In one of his interviews, Fahd expressed his concern about whether Vadivelu would accept the film. Later agreed to the film and offered a new shade for his acting.

Talking about whether he had initially planned to make a Marasan in Malayalam, the actor told the Hollywood reporter, “I was originally heard it as a Malayalam film. I was planning a Malayalam film at the time, and when I heard this, when we joined all the time we were casting and all, I said that we said that we needed a Vadivelu Sir for this film.”

“After these discussions, the producer came to us. He is already a Tamil maker and asked why we are not making it in Tamil. However, my only situation was that if we were doing it in Tamil, it was to be with Vadivelu Sir,” Fahd said.
