The corrupt administration appointed SP Prabhu Das (Prossee Chatterjee), known for 98 encounters, to hunt him. Will politicians stop the emerging dominance of Malik? Can SP Prabhu Dayal succeed in catching him? Find out in the film.

What works for Malik

Maalik presented Rajkumar Rao in a never seen avatar. The film has many high moments, making it an entertaining watch for the audience on a large scale. Realistic camera work by Anuj Rakesh Dhawan suits the background well. The background score by Keon Soda is commendable, and it enhances the experience of gangster drama.

What does not work for maalik

Maalik suffers from inconsistent writing and screenplay. Although the film starts well, its second half has a tired speed, which will test your patience. It has average -grade songs, including an item number that prevents storytelling and never supports the story.

Director and co-writer Pulkit with Jyotsana Nath followed a regular template of gangster films and did nothing new. A major drawback as a major drawback is a worthy and strong rival deficiency against Rajkumar Rao, despite being a stellar star cast. Tters are never high, which makes it a regular action-drama, not something you expect. In addition, it has a very average climax, which does not satisfy your craving for a gritty crime action.

Performance in Malik

Rajkummar Rao proved his skill in acting again. He appears completely immersed in the character and gives another solid performance. To a large extent, their performance keeps the film together until the auxiliary cast does not kick.

Apart from Rao, Anshuman Pushkar shines in his well -written role. Saurabh Shukla, Prasenjit Chatterjee, and Saurabh did not get enough enough to give Sachdeva, although they were good in their roles. It is the performance of Swanand Kirkire that keeps the audience busy.

Manushi Chillar, who plays Deepak’s wife, offers a solid performance, yet his sequence demands better writing.

Malik’s final decision

Maalik is a decent entertainer with his moments, but it suffers from writing. If the manufacturers had done more work on the screenplay, it could have been a strong additional for the gangster style. An average case of Rajkummar Rao came out in the action space.
