MAA X Reviews: Fans Kajol’s film average, praises her acting and VFX
A mythological horror film, Kajol’s ‘Maa’, was released in theaters today. The film received mixed reviews, in which fans praised her acting and VFX.

‘Ma’ starring Kajol is a new mythological horror film released on 27 June. The film is directed by Vishal Furia, a spine-chilling chapter from the universe of ‘Satan’. The initial audience has already shared its reactions on social media after catching the first show.
Apart from this, Indranil Sengpta, Kherin Sharma and Ronit Roy are characterized, ‘Ma’ is about a mother who becomes black, who becomes black to eliminate a demonic curse contained in fear, blood and betrayal.
The movies shared their work on the film, in which a user called it “gripping”. It further said, “MAA originally mixes emotions, scary and mythology. Kajol offers a knockout act (SIC).”
Meanwhile, another user called the film “average strictly”. He further wrote, “Kajol decent performance and VFX are protecting grace only for Ma. Routine Story. Tiring music. Simple casting, bad direction with force horror elements.
A third user wrote, “Kajol stuns in a mythical horror that mixes emotions with terrible scenes. The first half is slow, but the emotional extreme gives a tough competition. A unique effort with strong performance, especially from Kajol. See it for mother’s roar (SIC).
