After a tremendous performance at the box office, the film was released on streaming platform Netflix on November 28, 2024. According to a report by Koimoi, the film has garnered a total viewership of 14.9 million, making it one of the most watched South Indian films of 2024 on the streaming platform. The Dulquer Salmaan starrer has earned the highest viewership of the film, surpassing Jr NTR starrer Devara: Part 1, which earned 8.6 million, and Kalki 2898 AD (Hindi), which earned the highest of 8 million.
During its theatrical run, the film had already become a huge hit at the box office. According to various sources and data collected, Lucky Bashkar earned a whopping Rs 107 crore at the box office. About 75% of the total revenue came from domestic markets, including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala and others.
While the film ended its theatrical run on a high note, it has now emerged as a huge success on OTT platforms as well. When Lucky Baskar’s first week online was compared to the current (third) week, the film has seen only a 45.78% decline in viewership.

Kalki 2898 AD (Hindi) stood second, while Amaran took the third position with its first week performance, even surpassing Thalapathy Vijay’s The Goat, which stood at the fourth position.
However, when it comes to the total view count of movies on OTT platforms till date, the list is as follows:

From this list, it can be easily guessed that Dulquer Salmaan starrer Lucky Baskar is at the second position in total viewership, with only Vijay Sethupathi starrer Maharaja ahead of it.
