Brenda Song takes a trip down memory lane as she recalls an iconic line from her character London Tipton on the show Suite Life of Zack & Cody. While promoting her latest project, The Last Showgirl, the actress talked about how she is still remembered for her role in the Disney series and the popular PRNDL scene.
At the press conference for his new film, Song claimed that his fans quote the shot whenever they see him.
“In that moment, you don’t even realize what you’re doing,” she said. But also, why isn’t it called PRNDL? Why do they call it gearshift?” “It should be called PRNDL,” the actress joked. London Tipton was right.
As for the scene discussed by the actress, Song, who played the airheaded heiress of a hotel empire, learns to drive a car from Mr. Mosby, played by Phil Lewis. The latter asks Tipton, “Are you familiar with gearshifts?”

The hotel heiress quipped, “You mean… PRNDL?” Upon hearing the question, Moseby begins to yell at London when she says, “You’re bothering me with this technicality!” The hilarious scene ends with Lewis’ character sarcastically replying to London, “Oh, I am.” Apologize. Why don’t we relax or turn on the radio? Would you like AM or FMM?”
Meanwhile, for her latest film, the actress is set to star alongside Jamie Lee Curtis and Pamela Anderson, while the project is directed by Gia Coppola. This film is available to watch in theatres.
