Pop star Lizo confirmed that he tried ozmpic and other GLP -1 weight loss drugs after months of denying speculation about the use of drugs. “When I was a vegetarian, I was consuming a lot of fake meats, I was eating a lot of bread, I was eating a lot of rice, and I had to eat a lot to fulfill it,” he shared. “But in fact, I was consuming 3,000 to 5,000 calories a day.”

The revelation came only a few months after responding to the Ozapic rumors on Instagram. In a post in September 2024, he referred to ozapic allegations after spending five months to focus on weight training and maintain calorie deficit.
Then, in the April Ticketk Livestream, he shared that he had lost 16% of his body fat, just two to three starbucks cut and sticking to a calorie deficit in a day.
