Molly and Shivani Nagaram-Starr Little Harts hit the silver screen on 5 September 2025. After completing its successful dramatic run, the film is now scheduled for its OTT release.

When and where to see small hearts
The Little Hearts is determined to stream on the OTT platform Etvwin starting from October 1, 2025. The official announcement was made by the makers through his social media handle.
Sharing the update, the OTT platform wrote, “Blockbuster Rome-Com of the coming year at your home … This time, long, sweet and crazier! Little hearts (extended cuts). A victory original production. A victory original production on only 1 October.”

Official trailer and small heart conspiracy
Little Harts Nalli follows the story of Akhil Kumar, a bright but academic young man. His father, Nalli Gopal Rao, dreams of making his son an IT engineer. However, the All EamceT fails to clean the exam.
As a result, he enrolls in a coaching center, where he meets a fellow struggle account. While Akhil falls in love with her, she initially rejects the idea of a relationship with her, ultimately to accept her only.
However, when their families join, their relationship takes a dramatic and humorous turn, leading to many unexpected turns in their lives. Whether Akhil and Khatani have created a emotional core of the story together.
Cast and small heart crew
Little Hearts stars social media stars Molly and Shivani Nagaram in the lead roles. Apart from lead actors, the film also features Jai Krishna, Nikhil Abburi, Rajiv Kankala, SS Kanchi, Anitha Chaudhary, Satya Krishnan, Padmini Setam, Shelja Durvasula and many important roles.
Written and directed by Sai Marthand, the film was produced under the banner of ETV Win by Aditya Hasan. Music tracks and background scores Sinjith were composed by Yerami.
Suriya Balaji took over the cinematography of the film, while Sridhar acted as any editor. Little Harts were severely acclaimed and had a blockbuster hit in theaters.
