Alaya Furniturewalla effortlessly aced another form of exercise, which was a floor work dance routine
Alaya is a huge fitness enthusiast and her social media posts are proof of that. The star makes sure to share glimpses of her workout form and we are amazed at the different forms of exercise she performs with ease. Recently, the star shared a video of her floor work dance routine. In the video, we can see Alaya doing a rigorous dance workout with her trainer. Sharing the video on her Instagram, she wrote, “My knees are going to hurt tomorrow because of this floor work routine.”

Alaya loves experimenting with different kinds of workouts. In another post, the actress shared how, after a lot of practice, she finally managed to do ball-to-ball jumping. Sharing the video, she said, “Bola tha dancer ke dikhaungi After many physically and mentally challenging sessions and countless falls and failures, ball to ball jumping has been unlocked.” She elaborated on the effectiveness of ball-to-ball jumping and said, “It’s not an exercise, it’s a skill. Like a backflip, it’s not meant to train a specific part of the body. It’s a skill that requires mobility, balance and strength. It becomes a full-body workout, but that’s not the purpose or the goal.”

Alaya has admitted that she also likes to do some work strange things. In one of the videos, the actress can be seen performing a complex exercise. Under the guidance of her fitness coach, Sunpreet Singh, she did something like a calisthenics exercise. We could see a rod above her head, which she used for support and hung on to it with a tight grip. She lifted her body up and rotated it completely. She then crossed one of her legs with one arm, which was stretched over the rest of her body.
