Deloite US has recently added Lego sets and puzzles to its annual welfare subsidy program, where eligible employees can spend up to $ 1,000 in a curate list of things related to welfare.

According to a business insider report, the policy document states that the well -subsidized program is designed to empower and support employees towards mentally, physically and financially, while also helping them live their objectives.

The firm already offers a variety of objects and experiences to help employees support and support their overall welfare. The list also includes spa services, gym equipment, fitness classes, gaming console and now Lego and Puzzles. According to internal documents accessed by Business Insider, the firm updated the policy on 1 June 2025.

Sounds fun? But can it not really help with stress?
