Koi Mil Gaya, Krrish and Krrish 3, Hrithik Roshan starrer superhero franchise is directed by Rakesh Roshan. Fans are eagerly waiting for the next installment, Krrish 4. However, the first filmmaker declared his retirement from Disha. He has now opened about the same, saying that he directs the film, it does not guarantee that it will be a blockbuster.
In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Rakesh Roshan was asked to share his feelings about someone else directing Krrish 4 instead. He said that there would be a day when he would have to ‘pass’ on the baton of the franchise.
Roshan expressed confidence that it was better to do it in its senses so that it could monitor the project and see if it is being made correctly or not. “Tomorrow, if I am not in my senses and I have to pass it, I would not know what they are making,” he said.
The filmmaker further revealed that he was not unhappy about not directing Hrithik Roshan starrer. He shared that the chance has to be taken. Rakesh Roshan said, “In addition, there is no guarantee that if Rakesh Roshan directs Krrish 4, it will be a blockbuster.” He said that the opposite could also happen.
In 2024, Rakesh Roshan declared retirement from direction. Talking to the above portal, he shared that he would not direct any film. He will serve as the creator of Krrish 4.
In an old interview with Pinkvilla, Roshan expressed his confidence in the script of Krrish 4, saying, “If the script is good, nothing can stop the film from making magic. I am sure our script will attract the attention of the audience in the first 15 minutes. Krrish 4 script is magical. ,
Meanwhile, Hrithik Roshan is getting ready for the release of War 2 in 2025. He will return as Agent Kabir in the sequel of his action thriller. The direction of Ayan Mukherjee has decisive roles in Kiara Advani and Junior NTR. The war is scheduled to release in theaters on 2 August 14.
