On the evening of June 20, Prabhas shared a new poster of the film on social media platform Instagram and wrote, “Get ready for another futuristic ride! #Kalki2898AD trailer releases tomorrow at 6 PM.”
As soon as the news surfaced online, fans took to the comments section and expressed their curiosity and anticipation about its second trailer.
A fan wrote, “All Prabhas Anna fans gather together for the upcoming madness.” Another wrote, “Hey darling, they will stay till 6am but how will they stay till 6pm. Actually we are dying of promotions. Please darling promotions brother, do it properly. Now I haven’t seen Bujji here.”

Kalki 2898 AD is a story set in a fictional future society. This intriguing story revolves around Kalki, the mysterious tenth and final incarnation of the Hindu god Lord Vishnu.
Apart from Prabhas, the film also stars Deepika Padukone, Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachchan and Disha Patani.
Apart from the lead actors, the cast also includes Rajendra Prasad, Pashupati, Saswata Chatterjee, Anna Ben, Chemban Vinod Jose and others in important roles.
