The first full trailer of Karan Johar’s action film ‘Kill’ has been released. Lakshya Lalwani is in the lead role in this film, who is making his Bollywood debut with this film.

In the clip, we see Lakshya’s character wreaking havoc on those who have hurt his loved ones. Lalwani is presumably playing a soldier in Kill. He can be seen fighting against Raghav Juyal’s antagonist in the promo. Lakshya can be seen committing horrific acts of violence, including stabbing a man in the eye and setting another man’s head on fire.

Kill had earlier premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival to great acclaim, with critics describing it as ‘dazzling’ and one of them calling it an ‘almost perfect action thriller’.

In an earlier interview with Variety, Karan Johar spoke about the genre of the film and said, “This is the most violent film made in India. We have never made a film this violent and for a filmmaker like me, who has been slapped in his entire career – a hard slap from one actor to another – it is a complete change of genre for me to present and produce a film like this.”

Bankrolled by Dharma Productions and Guneet Monga’s Sikhya Entertainment, Kill will release in theatres on July 5.
