‘Kill’ is facing a tough competition from last week’s release Nag Ashwin’s post-apocalyptic science-fiction epic ‘Kalki 2898 AD’. The film, which released on June 27, is doing great business at the global and domestic box office. Made on a huge budget, ‘Kalki’ is inching towards the Rs 800 crore mark globally.

On the other hand, ‘Kill’ produced by Karan Johar and Guneet Monga is an adult film with bloody action. ‘Kill’ first premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival, where it received very good reviews. In an earlier interview with Variety, Karan Johar spoke about the genre of the film and said, “It is the most violent film ever made in India.”
Apart from Raghav, Tanya and Lakshya, the film also stars Ashish Vidyarthi in a lead role.
