Actress Kiara Advani recently shared a shoutout post for the cast and crew of her upcoming film Game Changer, including choreographer Jani Master. The purpose of this post was to promote the dance number Dhukudu, which she choreographed. However, his name was later dropped following backlash due to his involvement in the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) controversy.

Famous choreographer of the Indian film industry, Jani Master has been charged under the POCSO Act. This development led to a negative reaction from the public, prompting the actors to remove his name from their promotional material.

On Monday, Kiara shared a BTS video, in which she is seen practicing the choreography of the track Dhop. In the caption, she thanked Jani Master, writing, “I remember always watching @alwaysjani Masters choreography and wondering how we would do it, but that’s the beauty of our work, we always learn something new. ” To which he got a response.

However, on Wednesday he edited the caption, removing Jani Master’s name. The edited caption now reads, “Here’s a glimpse of my first day of rehearsals for the first schedule of Game Changer. We started the film with the shooting of the #Dhop song, beautifully conceptualized by @shanmughamshankar sir. This was the first time I shot a song for a film for 13 days on the set, which made me feel like I was in Disneyland (can’t wait for you guys to see it in theaters soon) I I remember watching the choreography and wondering how we were supposed to do that, but that’s the beauty of our job, always learning something new.”

She added, “A new style of dance is it dubstep/classical/robotic/hip hop, you can answer in the comments below. Extremely talented and one of the best dancers I know, along with R.C. It’s always fun to collaborate with @alwaysramcharan, what an amazing team I got for this song that left us all mesmerized. @manishmalhotra05 did the most amazing outfits. @mehakoberoi, let’s say I had a lot of fun!
