Fardeen Khan has returned to showbiz after 14 years and his fans are overjoyed. His comeback project was Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi, but his first film after such a long gap, Khel Khel Mein, is set to release soon. Ahead of its premiere, Khan has penned a long and emotional note on it.
Fardeen began his note by writing, “This moment is extremely special and extremely emotional for me as this is my first theatrical release in 14 years. Coming back to the big screen has been a journey full of nostalgia, excitement and gratitude.” He further added that his experience of working with Mudassar Aziz has been incredible.
Interestingly, Fardeen Khan’s last film Dulha Mil Gaya (2010) was also directed by Mudassar Aziz. Recalling his memories together, Fardeen, 50, wrote, “MA’s vision and dedication made this project special for all of us and I feel extremely fortunate to have been a part of it.”
Fardeen praised the cast and crew of Khel Khel Mein and applauded their talent and passion for bringing the film together in the most beautiful way. He said, “I will always be grateful for the warmth, love and respect shown to me during the making of the film, you made me feel so welcome even after being away for so long.”
The Heyy Babyy actor also acknowledged the support of his family, friends and especially fans, without whose support his comeback would not have been possible. Fardeen on his closing note wished that Khel Khel Mein is loved by the audience and brings as much joy to everyone’s hearts as it has given to the makers.

‘Khel Khel Mein’, scheduled to release on August 15, 2024, also stars Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kapoor, Taapsee Pannu, Amy Virk, Pragya Jaiswal and Aditya Seal.
