Kesari 2 Box Office Day 1: Akshay’s film closed for a decent start amid positive response
Akshay Kumar and R Madhavan’s ‘Kesari Chapter 2’ is expecting a weekend push amid positive response from the audience after opening on a decent note at the box office.

Akshay Kumar’s ‘Kesari Chapter 2’ opened a decent note at the box office with his Friday collection in the limit of Rs 7.50-8 crore in India. The direction of Karan Singh Tyagi is expected to see development from here throughout the weekend, given that it has received a positive review with good words on large -scale critics and social media.
Also starring Ananya Pandey and R Madhavan in important roles, it is based on the Jalinwala Bagh massacre of April 1919. The film’s patriotic appeal may attract more audiences in theaters, especially in the Northern Market.
Interestingly, ‘KC Chapter 2’ received a lower opening at the box office than its predecessor, ‘Kesari’. The latter, which was based on the battle of Sargari (1897), was opened at a domestic level in a trap of about Rs 21 crore. It will be interesting to see how ‘Kesari 2’ manages to cross the lifetime run of the 2019 film, showing Akshay as a soldier.
