In conversation with yoga instructor Shloka, nutritionist Shweta Shah discusses Katrina Kaif’s diet plan and how she understands her body so well.
The nutritionist said that he has noticed that Katrina pays a lot of attention to her body and understands it well. The actress does not blindly believe what is being said on the internet.
Shweta further added, “She is someone who wants answers to everything. She treats food as medicine, understands the properties of food and knows how it affects her body. Since she knows her body very well, she comes to me and just asks for some options, like the source of iron or which juices to drink.”
The celebrity nutritionist said that the Tiger 3 actress loves Ayurveda and she even follows some self-care rituals like oil pulling, shatapavali (100 steps after lunch and dinner), nasal cleansing, and so on.
Katrina Kaif prefers home cooked food only
Recalling his experience of working with Katrina, Shah said that the actress has a very fat body and hence she has to be given cold food.
To this day she chews black raisins and fennel; gourd juice is a must for her. If this is not available, mint, coriander and amla juice is a must for Katrina.
Shweta said, “She only has two meals a day and eats something every two hours. She eats only homemade food and carries it with her. She eats the same kind of food.” She further added that the actress sleeps early and wakes up early.
