Kate Winslet said, “Women get more beautiful as they age”
The actress is known for her stunning looks off screen and her powerful acting on screen. Recently, Took The actress talked about body positivity and ageing naturally. In an exclusive interview with Harper’s Bazaar UK, Kate revealed her life learnings. She said, “I’ve learnt many things and one of them is, women get more beautiful as they age because our faces become more of a part of our personality. They fit our bone structure better, they have more life, they have more history.” She further added, “The things I find extremely beautiful are wrinkles, around the eyes, the back of the hands. I think those things are very beautiful.”

View on InstagramShe also talked about her other important lesson, which is to take care of herself. “I’ve also learned to take care of myself from the inside; not just what you eat and how you take care of yourself from a nutrition perspective. But how you take care of yourself from a mental health perspective. How you feel about yourself emotionally, physically, where you stand in the world, how you walk in the world, how you live with honesty and integrity. I think those things matter and they come out in the way we look and then of course how we feel.”
She added: “Beauty is really a feeling. I don’t think it’s something we see.” Kate also revealed the best beauty advice she ever got from her mother. “She said to me, darling never pluck your eyebrows, just don’t do it and I never did.”
Kate Winslet’s lesson is a clear indication that ageing is beautiful and we should embrace it.
