The official social media accounts for the Prince and Princess of Wales released a post on Friday confirming that Kate Middleton is looking forward to attending some public events.

A post has been released on the official social media accounts of the Prince and Princess of Wales, containing a personal statement from Kate Middleton, providing emotional information about her health.
After months of staying away from public view following a cancer diagnosis, Princess of Wales Kate Middleton hopes to attend some public events over the summer.
A new photo of Kate was also shared along with a personal message.
After a long period of almost total silence about her health, Kensington Palace released a message written by the Princess of Wales on Friday night (local time), in which she detailed her “good days” and “bad days” during her treatment.
She also confirmed she will attend the Trooping the Colour parade on Saturday, where it is believed she will ride in a carriage down The Mall with her children and then traditionally join the royal family on the balcony of Buckingham Palace.

“I have been overwhelmed by all the kind messages of support and encouragement I have received over the last few months. It has made a real difference to William and me and has helped us both get through some very difficult times,” Kate wrote.
“I’m making good progress, but as anyone who has gone through chemotherapy will know, there are good days and bad days. On those bad days you feel weak, tired and you need to give your body a rest. But on the good days, when you feel strong, you want to make the most of feeling good.”
He stressed that his treatment was “ongoing” and would “last a few months”, and cautioned that he was still “not out of danger”.
