Actor Kartik Aryan is trending online after a picture from his Goa vacation sparked speculations about a ‘mystery girl’. This chatter, inspired primarily by discussions on Reddit, has not been addressed by the actor.

On Monday, the 35-year-old posted a picture of herself on a beach in Goa. Soon after, Reddit users began speculating that he was accompanied by Karina Koubiliot, who is reportedly from Greece.

When users checked the social media profiles of both Kartik and Kareena, several threads appeared on the platform. Users reported matching details in their respective beachside photos and speculated that the two might have been at the same location – the St. Regis Hotel in Goa. He cited similarities such as beach bedding, towel patterns and ocean photo angles.

Soon, speculations about Kartik and Kareena ‘holidaying together’ started doing the rounds.

Some users also claimed that Kartik Aryan was following Kareena on social media until her pictures started gaining attention. Others speculated about Kareena’s age, commenting on the age difference between her and the actor.

As the rumors intensified, a screenshot of one of Kareena’s posts went viral. She responded to the speculation, writing, “I’m not his girlfriend!!!!! Lois bro STFU (sic).”
