Bollywood actor Kartik Aryan has been making headlines for his brilliant acting in recent films. He recently addressed dating rumors by revealing that he is single as he has been living the lifestyle of a strict athlete for two years while preparing for Chandu Champion. He jokingly said that he does not need to send his ‘live location’ to anyone.
During a conversation with Mashable India, Kartik Aaryan shared that he is completely immersed in preparing for his role for Chandu Champion, leaving no room for relationships or dating apps. While living a strict, athlete-like lifestyle for the demands of the film, he mentioned that he does not have time to focus on his personal life, embracing the freedom of loneliness as he dedicates himself completely to his craft. He said, “I am single.” I don’t need to send my live location to anyone. I am not even on any dating application. Technically, since I am preparing and shooting for Chandu Champion, I did not get time.
The actor further revealed that his preparation for Chandu Champion involved an intense, disciplined routine that required his complete attention. For two years, he followed a strict regime that required precise tracking of his gym sessions, diet and sleep patterns, mirroring the lifestyle of a professional athlete.
Additionally, he also took on the challenge of learning to swim for the first time, increasing the physical demands. Balancing this with the filming of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, which had its own hectic schedule, Kartik had to be completely engaged and focused, leaving him with little time for anything outside his career.

For this transformational role, he underwent a significant physical transformation, relying entirely on natural training methods without any artificial supplements.
His fitness trainer, Tridev Pandey told Wion that his diet focuses on overall fitness rather than just muscle building. It consisted of a one-hour skills session with one-hour exercises covering boxing techniques and various exercises such as handstand push-ups, headstand, skipping rope and rope climbing. He emphasized that achieving an aesthetic body requires hard work and teamwork.
On the work front, Kartik Aryan was recently seen sharing the screen with Trupti Dimri, Vidya Balan and Madhuri Dixit in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The film, directed by Anees Bazmee, is currently running successfully in theatres.
