Recently, she shared a reel of her gym session on Instagram, in which she was wearing a pair of chic coordinated black workout leggings and a matching gym bra. Karisma lived and breathed the idea of health as she worked out hard in the gym. The actress worked out under the guidance of her trainer Salman Shaikh and made sure she gave it her all. Wearing a coordinated black gym wear set, a black strap Apple Watch and a messy updo, Karisma trained with full vigour.
The actress was seen sweating it out in the gym by lifting weights, kickboxing, doing aerial crunches while holding the bar. She did burpees, deadlifts, and more. All this hard work definitely paid off as Karishma Tanna showed off her perfectly toned figure and workout routine on her social media.
