Karishma Tanna has always been conscious about her fitness and weight training. The actress takes great care of her body and works out regularly. She often shares workout videos on Instagram to encourage and motivate her fans. In a new video shared on social media, despite being low on energy, she managed to maintain her fitness routine. She lifted weights and did some challenging push-up and pull-up exercises. The actress started with a combination of sled pulls and burpees. Next, she was seen doing medicine ball slams while kneeling. She ended the video with a clip of her doing weighted situps. Her workout circuit looked like a great way to step up your muscle-building game and improve strength
She revealed that even though she had a really bad day, she still decided to go to the gym and workout. “Today was one of those days when I had low energy, lack of sleep, unnecessary thoughts, overthinking… still I decided to go to the gym and workout. The workout routine shown by Karishma Tanna has multiple benefits. Sled pulls increase a person’s strength, power, and stamina. Burpees help burn fat, lower blood pressure, and improve blood flow. Weighted situps help strengthen core muscles including the abdomen, oblique muscles, and lower back. On the other hand, slam ball exercises increase muscle density, improve metabolism.
Earlier, Karishma Tanna did a full-body workout at the gym. The actress worked out by lifting weights, practicing kickboxing and doing aerial crunches while holding the bar.
