Kareena Kapoor wanted to become a lawyer, did a summer course from Harvard
Bollywood’s most popular actress Kareena Kapoor recently talked about doing a summer course at Harvard University. She also talked about the possibility of making a career in the field of law.

Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor recently revealed that at one point she aspired to become a lawyer. This dream inspired her to do a summer course at Harvard University. During an interview, the actress recalled the time when she was serious about her studies and was thinking of studying law for some time.
“I was a good student. I thought I would become a lawyer,” Kareena Kapoor said. WeekWhen asked about her summer course at Harvard, she said, “Yeah, it was summer school. I’m very proud of the fact that I went to summer school at Harvard. It’s Harvard, I mean, I have a photo of me on that campus (laughs). I thought I would be a lawyer. I went through this weird phase but (the acting bug) can’t keep you away.”
During the same interview, the ‘Jab We Met’ actress revealed that she never felt any pressure about choosing her acting career. “Just the idea, the fact that nobody really forced me or pushed me (into acting). My parents were happy with whatever I wanted to do. I was hanging around in summer school and thinking about what I wanted to do. So it wasn’t like there was any pressure, none of our parents ever put any pressure that because they are actors, we have to be actors too”, Kareena said.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kareena will be seen in Rohit Shetty’s film ‘Singham Again’. The film also stars Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Jackie Shroff, Arjun Kapoor and others. The film will release in theatres around Diwali in 2024.
