Today, on June 28, Karan Johar took part in a live session on Instagram to interact with his followers. During this session, he talked about Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal’s recent wedding. He praised Sonakshi’s bridal look and was amazed at the simplicity of their wedding.
Karan said, “You know what I loved about Sonakshi was that she was the best bride. She was cool. Zaheer and Sonakshi looked lovely. They looked happy, they looked gorgeous. And there was no frills or pretense, it was just pure love and fun. And that’s what I loved about their wedding. And I loved their look. Lots of love to them.”
Earlier, when the newlyweds had officially announced their wedding on social media, Karan had re-shared their post on his Instagram Stories. Extending his wishes, he said, “Congratulations and lots of love to @aslisona and @iamzahero,” along with a red heart emoji.
For those who don’t know, Karan and Sonakshi have previously worked together in films like Ittefaq and Kalank, which were produced by Karan himself.
