Karan Johar and Karthik Arin are forming a team for the upcoming romantic drama, Tu Meri main tera tera toor tu meri, who are currently in production under Sameer scholars. The filmmaker recently opened his reunion with Karthik after his result and talked about his current equation with the actor.
In a chat with Bollywood Hungama recently, Karan Johar revealed that he and Karthik discussed the matter internally and resolved it. The filmmaker said, “We discussed and worked on it, and we allowed Begons to be begon.” He talked about Karthik as a very hardworking actor who has comprehensive audiences and he is among the big stars today.
Johar mentioned further in detail and mentioned that they all have such issues, but in the end, everyone wants to make good materials and work together. The director of Rocky and Rani’s Kui Prem Kahani said, “He and I met, decided to come together. It was all cute and he is all that we were all with each other, but it is our issue, but it is a small industry, which I call a family, and I believe within a family, sometimes work well, to make good materials.”
The filmmaker underlined that he has a big vision to see and does not believe in indulging in small goods.

Karthik Aryan and Karan Johar were first cooperating on Doostana 2, where Janhvi Kapoor was playing the female chief. However, the shoot stopped in the middle for unknown reasons. Later, rumors of the collapse of Karthik and Keso came out online and ignited a new controversy. When Dharma Productions officially confirmed the casting for Dostana 2, the quarrel of the rumor was ignited. The film is now back on track and has killed fame Laxman and Vikrant Massey in the lead roles.
On the other hand, Karan and Kartik Tu Meri Main Main Tera Tu Tu Meri, Ananya Pandey are co-acting. The romantic comedy has been officially slated to release in theaters on Valentine’s Day Weekend 2026.
