The much-awaited teaser of Vishnu Manchu’s film ‘Kannappa’ was launched today on June 14 at an event in Hyderabad. The makers also released the teaser on YouTube in multiple languages. The first look reveals that ‘Kannappa’ is a historical drama, which is full of action. While Vishnu Manchu is shown as an invincible man, Prabhas, Akshay Kumar, Mohanlal and Kajal Aggarwal make an appearance in the film’s teaser.

Vishnu Manchu and the team of ‘Kannappa’ interacted with the media on the occasion of the teaser launch. They promised that special performances and character reveals will be held every Monday in July.

The teaser of ‘Kannappa’ is full of action and production value. It shows Vishnu Manchu as an invincible warrior who can kill hundreds of people.

At the launch, Vishnu Manchu revealed that Prabhas has played a long role in the film, which will be revealed in two-three months. Veteran actor Mohan Babu, who is also the producer of ‘Kannappa’, said that late actor-politician Krishnam Raju wanted to make ‘Kannappa’ with Prabhas. He also revealed that he has secured the rights to make it with Vishnu Manchu.

The teaser of ‘Kannappa’ was first premiered at the Cannes Film Festival 2024. The film was shot in New Zealand.

Director Mukesh Kumar Singh’s ‘Kannappa’ is a fictional film based on Lord Shiva’s devotee ‘Kannappa’. Vishnu Manchu, Preeti Mukhundhan, Sarath Kumar, Brahmanandam, Mohan Babu and many other actors are included in the film. Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, Prabhas, Akshay Kumar and Kajal Aggarwal have played cameo roles in the film.
